The FootFlow Outlet™ is present in key markets across Europe and worldwide, including Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Sweden, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and Brazil. This allows us to serve our customers in a fast and localized manner.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking code within twenty-four hours through our logistics partner TrackingMania. Through their tracking website, you can follow every step of your shipment with daily status updates.

Tracking information is provided by the responsible carrier and may occasionally experience temporary delays in updating, which is outside our direct control.

Order Processing & Dispatch

The total delivery time depends on the specific item ordered, the fulfillment location and the delivery address provided by the customer. After a purchase is confirmed, please allow approximately three to five business days for order verification and preparation, after which your order will be dispatched.

Following processing, standard delivery typically takes approximately twenty-five to thirty business days, which may vary depending on the region and local logistics conditions. Public holidays, national observances, weekends, periods of force majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or extraordinary logistical disruptions — are not counted as business days and therefore do not apply toward the stated delivery timeframe. Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, failed delivery attempts, customs processing or local postal service handling are considered outside our area of responsibility. Any applicable customs duties or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
